Eligibility:
Hearthside Grove's "Win A Stay" is open to legal residents of the United States, except for residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entry into this giveaway constitutes acceptance of the official rules and regulations as outlined below. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Hearthside Grove and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse/domestic partner, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.
How to Enter:
Follow the on-screen entry instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which requires the Entrant’s email address and agreement to the terms and conditions. No entry will be accepted from any Entrant who does not provide all the required information on the entry form.
Although participation requires online access and an e-mail account, no purchase is required to enter. Public libraries, retail businesses, and other establishments may offer free access to computers, and various Internet service providers and companies may provide free e-mail accounts.
If the giveaway is canceled, modified, suspended, or terminated, Hearthside Grove reserves the right to do so at its discretion due to factors beyond its control that prevent the contest from being conducted as planned. Notice will be posted on Hearthside Grove's Instagram and Facebook accounts, and on the Giveaway landing page.
Prize:
The winner will receive a gift certificate for a 5-night stay at Hearthside Grove, up to a maximum value of $1000. The applicant must own a Class-A Motorcoach. Class-B and Class-C will be disqualified. Approximate Prize Value: $1000. Participants may enter now and/or get a second chance by filling out a ballot at the front desk upon check-in. Entry is valid until the end of the year. The prize has no cash value and cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
The prize does not cover any other items or expenses not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules & Regulations, and all additional expenses, including other travel expenses if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. U.S. Residents will not be taxed for any prizes won. Only the listed prizes will be awarded, and no substitutions, cash equivalents, or redemptions will be made. Winners agree to accept the prize “as is”, and entrants acknowledge that Hearthside Grove has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to the prize, except for any express warranties (if any) provided by the prize supplier that are sent along with the prize. Prize travel is subject to space availability at the time of booking, and minimum advance reservation requirements may apply. Blackout dates and restrictions apply.
Selection of Winner:
The random drawing will be conducted by Hearthside Grove, whose decisions regarding the drawing and winners are final and binding. The winner will be required to answer a skill-testing question before being awarded the prize.
Hearthside Grove reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, they will be disqualified, and another eligible entrant may be selected by random draw as a potential prize winner until an entrant meets the terms set out herein and the prize is awarded.
Except where prohibited by law or regulation, by submitting an entry, entrant grants Hearthside Grove a perpetual, royalty-free license to use his/her name, photograph, voice, and likeness in connection with the promotion, and entrants waive any and all claims to receive any royalties or other compensation for Hearthside Grove's use thereof, unless prohibited by law. Entrant's information collected by Hearthside Grove will not be disclosed to third parties.
By entering this Promotion, you consent to Hearthside Grove's disclosure of your Personal Information internally so that you may be contacted to subscribe to our e-newsletters and notified about special offers and services offered by Hearthside Grove. We never sell, rent, or lease your information to a third party.
Entrants that do not win will not be notified.
General Conditions:
The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant. Only eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be included in the prize drawings. Hearthside Grove retains the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
This giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
Limitation of Liability & Release:
By participating in the Hearthside Grove Sweepstakes, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hearthside Grove, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively “Releases”) from and against any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Contest, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of the prize that may be awarded, including, without limitation, actual, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or other damages.
