There are not many places in the U.S.A. where you can see more than one 4th of July fireworks display at a time – but Petoskey’s own waterfront is one of these special gems.

Join the fun of Petoskey’s parade which will step off at 6pm, then head down to the waterfront for more fun concluding with a fantastic fireworks display.  From here you will also be able to simultaneously see the fireworks happening in Harbour Springs across the bay.

Harbour Springs, MI.

10 miles north of Petoskey is Harbour Springs – another charming waterfront community with a big love for the 4th of July festivities.

Boasting it’s own parade and plenty of water-side fun, a visit to Harbour Springs is certainly a contender for where to catch a glimpse of the sky doubly-alight with celebration and pride!

Traverse City, MI.

Saturday, Traverse City, Michigan celebrates Independence Day along the West Bay shoreline with a burst of American Pride.

The annual 4th of July fireworks will begin at dusk and is visible all along the West Bank shoreline.

Where: West Grand Traverse Bay, E. Front Street at dusk

This exceptional event is happening concurrently with The National Cherry Festival and there’s still time to join the Traverse City Boom Boom Club for it’s 4th of July Fireworks Party, located near the National Cherry Festival Beer Tent Entrance.

The party will start at 8:30 p.m. and conclude after the fireworks.
