Breakfast reached near-legendary status this weekend at Hearthside Grove, where sales director Wayne Rose and visiting Chef Patti served basic delights with resort-style flair. Baked glazed french toast, peach and blueberry strata (Michigan leads the nation in blueberry production, and the season just peaked!), ‘shuffled’ eggs, potato casserole, biscuits, gravy, oj and more kept the guests happy and the dishes piled high! Hearthside Grove has offered complimentary weekend breakfast specials throughout the season, and this weekend was, in a word, great.
