Rounding the seasonal corner
This weekend we pass the date that brings us closer to Winter Solstice than to Autumn Equinox, a date known throughout time as “cross quarter day” and celebrated around the northern hemisphere as a time for honoring, celebrating and remembering those who have died.
The weather in Northern Michigan has been appropriately wet and stormy while also offering that rush of sensation so typical of the season: vibrant color, cold winds, blowing leaves and golden sunlight.
Happy Halloween!
